Description: Previously closed for nearly 10 years, The Magnolia in El Cajon, brought new life to East County. CVE was part of the team that transformed this old community theatre into a modern entertainment venue, with state-of-the-art lighting and sound, as well as VIP lounges and outdoor dining. In addition to installing all new theatrical lighting, switchgear and controls, CVE supported the project team by suggesting a wide array of value engineering ideas in an effort to bring the project in on time, and below budget.
