Description: CVE was the prime contractor for the HVAC upgrade at the skilled nursing facility, Covenant Living at Mt. Miguel in San Diego. The upgrade involved removal and replacement of AC package units, exhaust fans, ductwork, and all associated electrical upgrades, including distribution modification to accept new package units, and the addition of new panel boards. CVE successfully coordinated shut downs and building access without disturbing patients, allowing the facility to remain occupied for the duration of the project.
